Ukraine Client Visited LIEBTY Office & XCMG Factory
On June 28, 2026, LIEBTY welcomed a client from Ukraine for a business visit to finalize an equipment procurement project. Prior to the visit, we confirmed the client's travel schedule and project requirements, coordinated with the factory, and arranged hotel accommodations and high-speed rail tickets to ensure a smooth and efficient itinerary.
We have been in close communication with the client since last year, continuously discussing equipment specifications, project requirements, and commercial terms. After the end user confirmed the purchasing intention, we accompanied the client to the XCMG Factory for an on-site inspection. During the factory visit, both sides spent considerable time reviewing the equipment in detail, discussing technical specifications, production arrangements, and delivery schedules to ensure the machines fully met the project requirements.
The factory inspection was highly productive and helped resolve the remaining technical and commercial issues. After thorough discussions, both parties successfully confirmed the order, and the client began preparing the payment according to the agreed terms. The visit further strengthened mutual trust and laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation.
Following the visit, we will continue to maintain close communication, assist with the payment process, and coordinate the subsequent production and delivery arrangements to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
