On October 27, 2025, LIEBTY welcomed clients from Uruguay to our company. The visit mainly focused on truck cranes, forklifts, and material handlers.
Before the meeting, we confirmed the client’s schedule, prepared relevant documents, and arranged the meeting room in advance. The client initially contacted us through the company’s official website, inquiring about different tonnages of truck cranes. After confirming their travel plan last week, the client decided to visit our company for further discussion.
In the morning, I, together with the department supervisor, received the client and held an in-depth discussion on product specifications, delivery time, and after-sales service. During the conversation, we learned that the client was also interested in forklifts and material handlers, so we provided timely quotations and detailed configurations. The client was very satisfied with LIEBTY’s professionalism and company strength, expressing that they would continue discussions after returning home. We also took group photos to mark the successful meeting.
Next steps include sending the photos and quotations, maintaining follow-up communication, and actively promoting future cooperation.
