CLIENT VISITS

On September 5, 2025, LIEBTY welcomed a client from Afghanistan who expressed strong interest in cranes, truck-mounted cranes, excavators, and other types of construction machinery. Before the visit, we confirmed the client’s schedule and prepared relevant documents and a presentation to ensure efficient communication.

The initial inquiry came from the Afghan company’s China representative through Alibaba, mainly regarding cranes and truck-mounted cranes. Judging from the questions raised, the project is likely related to a tender. After sending quotations, we introduced LIEBTY’s company profile and business strengths in detail. The client showed great curiosity, asking many questions, which helped us better understand their needs and establish stronger communication.

Later, we learned that another colleague from the Afghan side happened to be on a business trip in China and wished to visit our office. After adding each other on WeChat the night before, the client came over the next morning. During the meeting, both parties exchanged more information, and the client showed clear interest not only in cranes but also in special-purpose vehicles and excavators.

After the visit, we will organize and refine the quotations while keeping close follow-up to actively promote the order process and push forward potential cooperation.
