On November 6, 2024, we welcomed a valued customer from Russia who came to Shanghai for an exhibition. During their stay, they wished to visit LIEBTY, and I arranged everything to ensure a smooth experience, including hotel booking and pick-up service.
At the company, I gave them a full tour, introducing our operations, products, and services. We also discussed their main business activities and reviewed recent quotations. The conversation provided valuable insight into their needs. Over lunch, we continued discussions in a more relaxed setting, which further strengthened our relationship.
