On September 9, 2024, we welcomed a group of clients from Mexico to the LIEBTY office. This visit was an important step after months of communication via WhatsApp, as the clients were eager to explore opportunities to sell our machines in the Mexican market.
Before their arrival, I assisted with visa applications, prepared documentation, and stayed in close contact to answer their questions on products, prices, and operations.
On the first day, we gave them a full tour of our office, where they gained a clear understanding of our values, professionalism, and the quality behind our products. The second day was the highlight: a detailed factory tour where they saw our production processes, strict quality control, and advanced technology. They asked in-depth questions about forklifts, excavators, and other machines, showing strong interest in bringing them to Mexico.
By the end of their visit, the clients expressed satisfaction and willingness to move forward. Afterward, I sent updated quotes and product details to support their decision-making.
This visit not only strengthened our partnership but also reflected LIEBTY’s commitment to global cooperation and customer service. We are optimistic about future opportunities in the Mexican market.
