OnMay 18, 2025, LIEBTY welcomed a customer fromIndiafor a business visit. Preparation for the visit included confirming the customer’s travel schedule in advance, arranging transportation, and preparing detailed information on the machines under discussion.
The visit had been in planning for two months, and the schedule was finally confirmed this month. Upon arrival on May 18, we went directly to inspect the second-hand machine the customer was interested in. The customer was satisfied with its condition, which encouraged them to view additional machines I had sourced for them. On May 19 and 20, we traveled to other locations to inspect more equipment.
We originally planned to meet at our company on May 21 to finalize the order details, but due to the customer’s change of schedule, we instead met at their location to continue the discussions. This adjustment allowed us to push the cooperation one step closer to finalization. I am deeply grateful for the assistance of my mentor Oscar and my colleagues throughout the process.
Following the visit, I will organize the machine quotations and actively work on moving the order forward.
