CLIENT VISITS

On November 25, 2024, LIEBTY had the pleasure of hosting two clients from India at its Shanghai office. The clients had reached out the previous day to confirm the company’s address and expressed interest in learning more about our offerings. I promptly invited them to visit our office for a detailed discussion.

Upon arrival, I gave them a brief tour of the office and introduced our team. We then reviewed the quotes I had previously prepared. The clients expressed concerns about new machine prices being beyond their budget and inquired about available second-hand options.

To meet their needs, I quickly arranged an afternoon factory tour where they inspected used excavators. They were satisfied with the condition and performance of the machines, though they still found the pricing a bit high. I offered a reasonable discount to help close the gap, but they remained cautious about proceeding.

While no final decision has been made, I am actively following up to find a solution that aligns with their expectations and our offerings. Their engagement is promising, and I’m optimistic about reaching a win-win agreement through further discussions.
