SANY Robotics held its global product launch event themed “New Quality Journey·Smart Winning Future” on October 24, introducing a series of innovative electric products including the F7 electric forklift and the S Series three-wheel forklift. The event highlighted SANY’s latest achievements in electrification, digitalization, and automation, with on-site contract value exceeding RMB 150 million and orders surpassing 1,500 units.

The new F7 electric forklift features a jointly developed eight-in-one power system with INOVANCE Technology, achieving a high level of drivetrain integration. The model reduces energy consumption by 15% and lowers lifecycle maintenance costs by 30%. It also cuts major electrical interfaces by 90%, significantly enhancing waterproof performance and overall system reliability. Its 96V water-cooled motor effectively improves heat dissipation in high-temperature and heavy-load conditions, extending equipment service life.

The newly unveiled three-wheel electric forklift targets narrow-aisle and cold-storage operations. The model offers a 30% larger operator space compared with mainstream products and is equipped with a 96V platform and a 20kW integrated permanent magnet synchronous motor, delivering fast charging and low energy consumption. The product includes a 7-inch smart display supporting remote lock and OTA upgrades, while its battery retains 75% capacity even at -20°C, meeting the needs of specialized working environments.

The event showcased 31 products in total, covering electric counterbalanced forklifts, indoor and outdoor autonomous forklifts, and intelligent logistics robots, addressing diverse application scenarios. With strong dealer participation, cumulative contracts exceeded RMB 150 million and orders surpassed 1,500 units.

SANY Robotics continues to strengthen its presence in the warehousing and logistics sector, with its products and solutions widely adopted in manufacturing, logistics, and storage environments.
