Recently, LIUGONG successfully developed a heavy-duty tire handler to address the challenges of changing tires on large wheel loaders and ultra-large mining trucks. This new solution offers enhanced safety, efficiency, reliability, and flexibility—greatly improving operational efficiency and reducing overall costs.
The tire handler is built on LIUGONG’s proven F330 large forklift loader platform, known for its high load capacity and strong power, providing a solid foundation for the new equipment. The handler can grip tires with a maximum diameter of 4,500 mm, a maximum load of 9 tons, and a maximum lifting height of 6,500 mm, meeting the needs of various large construction machinery.
Featuring a uniquely designed curved clamping arm, the handler ensures a snug fit around the tire surface, improving grip stability and operational safety. Controlled by a precise hydraulic system, it allows flexible movement in all directions—forward, backward, up, down, side-to-side—as well as left-right tilting and 360° front-to-back rotation. An integrated camera monitoring system provides real-time visuals, enabling operators to perform efficient and accurate tire handling.
