XCMG Pile Driver Refreshes Photovoltaic Construction Speed
At the 178MW photovoltaic construction site in Yangzhou, XCMG XE300GP pile driver operates precisely with an average efficiency of 57 seconds per pile, 10-meter prefabricated piles are quickly implanted into the stratum, and the real-time monitoring data of pile foundation verticality is stable within ±5 cm, showing excellent construction accuracy and reliability.
This project requires 32,000 foundation piles to be driven in hardened farmland and hilly slopes, which places extremely high demands on equipment stability, penetration ability and operation efficiency, and requires the pull-out force of a single pile to reach 8 tons. The average daily operation volume of traditional equipment is only about 130 piles, which is difficult to meet the project progress. However, XCMG XE300GP, in conjunction with XE200G transfer equipment, breaks the routine and completes more than 160 pile foundation constructions every day, completing 20,000 pile driving tasks ahead of schedule, ensuring that the construction window period is seized before the flood season, and providing sufficient preparation for the subsequent photovoltaic array installation.
XCMG XE300GP is equipped with a self-developed special control program. For complex geological conditions such as hard soil and farmland, the penetration efficiency is improved by more than 30%, and it has stronger adaptability. At the same time, the whole machine can still maintain stable and efficient operation in a 25° hilly slope environment, which greatly broadens the construction application scenarios.
In addition, XCMG's full life cycle service system provides strong support for the project. Through intelligent equipment operation and maintenance, the on-site attendance rate is as high as 98.7%, and the comprehensive fuel consumption is reduced by 8%; XCMG's spare parts warehouse implements a 12-hour emergency response mechanism, which greatly shortens the maintenance time and reduces the overall construction cost by more than 15%, helping the project to advance with high quality and efficiency.
