XCMG Wheeled Cranes Help Build Zero-Carbon Industrial Park
Recently, XCMG's 4000t wheeled crane XCA4000 is helping build its 500MW wind, photovoltaic and storage integrated demonstration project in Ordos Zero Carbon Industrial Park.
Ordos Zero Carbon Industrial Park can achieve 100% green electricity supply, of which 80% of the energy comes directly from wind power, photovoltaics and energy storage, and 20% of the energy is repurchased from the power grid. During the construction of the industrial park, XCMG's 4000t wheeled crane provided strong support for the smooth progress of the project.
This hoisting operation requires the nacelle and transmission chain weighing 117t, and the fan blades with a length of 118m and a weight of 35t to be hoisted to a height of 190m, equivalent to a 60-story building. With the cooperation of the auxiliary crane, XCMG XCA4000 hoists, rotates, centers and puts in place, and the operation process is smooth. When lifting a 12.5MW ultra-high hybrid tower, which is currently the world's largest onshore tower, the XCA4000 was hoisted with two hooks, the first hook hoisted the nacelle, and the second hook hoisted the rotating chain. The operation took more than 20 minutes. The efficiency, stability, flexibility and precision demonstrated by the product all met the expected standards, becoming the key to solving the installation problems of ultra-high-power wind turbines, and won unanimous praise from project owners and construction units.
In the future, XCMG will continue to move towards "high-end, intelligent, green, service-oriented, and internationalization", continue to develop new quality productivity, and contribute Chinese strength to the development of the global green energy industry.
