Precautions for Forklift Operation
1. Before and after forklift operation, the appearance should be checked, and fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water should be added. 2. Check the starting, operation and braking safety performance. 3. Check whether the lights and horn signals are complete and effective. 4. During the operation of the forklift, the pressure and temperature should be checked to see if they are normal. 5. After the forklift is running, the external leakage should also be checked and the seals should be replaced in time.

1. Before starting, observe the surroundings and make sure there are no obstacles that hinder driving safety. Then blow the horn first and then start. 2. For vehicles with hydraulic (pneumatic) brakes, the brake hydraulic (pneumatic) gauge must reach safety before starting.3. When the forklift starts with load, the driver should first confirm that the load is stable and reliable.4. The start must be slow and stable.

Precautions for Forklift Operation
Driving:
1. When driving, the height of the bottom of the fork from the ground should be maintained at 300-400mm, and the mast should be tilted backward.
2. The fork should not be raised too high when driving. When entering or leaving the work site or driving, pay attention to whether there are obstacles in the air. When driving with loads, the forks must not be raised too high to affect the stability of the forklift.
3. After unloading, the forks should be lowered to the normal driving position before driving.
4. When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, the driving signal should be issued first. It is forbidden to make sharp turns at high speed, which will cause the vehicle to lose lateral stability and overturn.
5. It is strictly forbidden to turn off the engine and coast when driving downhill. It is forbidden to brake suddenly when driving with loads unless there are special circumstances.
6. When the forklift is in operation, it must comply with the traffic rules in the factory and must maintain a certain safe distance from the vehicle in front.
7. When the forklift is in operation, the load must be in the lowest position that does not hinder driving, and the mast must be tilted back appropriately; except when stacking or loading, the load must not be raised.
8. The height of the load must not block the driver's line of sight.
9. It is forbidden to turn on the ramp and drive across the ramp.
10. The safe driving speed of forklifts in the factory area is 5 km/h. When entering the production workshop area, it must be driven safely at a low speed.
11. When the forklift is lifting, lifting or driving, it is prohibited for personnel to stand on the forks to hold objects and balance.
12. When problems are found, they should be repaired and reported in time, and they should never be operated with problems or concealed. Loading and unloading: 1. When forking objects, the distance between the two forks should be adjusted as needed to make the load of the two forks balanced and not skewed. One side of the object should be close to the object blocking rack. 2. It is prohibited to operate with a single fork or use the fork to lift or pull objects. In special circumstances, safety warning signs must be set up to remind pedestrians around when pulling objects. 3. During the loading and unloading process of objects, the forklift must be braked with the brake. 4. The speed should be slow and steady, and be careful not to crush the object pads with the wheels to avoid the crushed objects from being stretched and injuring people. 5. When forking goods with forks, the forks should be inserted as deep as possible under the load, and also be careful that the fork tips cannot touch other goods or objects. The minimum mast tilt should be used to stabilize the load to prevent the load from sliding backward. When putting down the load, the mast can be tilted forward slightly to facilitate the placement of the load and the withdrawal of the fork. 6. It is forbidden to pick up goods at high speed and to collide with hard objects with the fork. 7. When the forklift is working, it is forbidden to stand around the fork to prevent the goods from collapsing and injuring people. 8. It is forbidden to overload and lift people with forks to work at heights to avoid high-altitude falling accidents.9. It is not allowed to use the brake inertia to slide, release, round or easy-to-roll objects.10. It is not allowed to unload goods by picking, turning or palletizing with forks.

Precautions for Forklift Operation

Leaving the forklift:
1. It is forbidden to leave the forklift when the goods on the fork are suspended. The goods must be unloaded or the fork frame must be lowered before leaving the forklift.
2. Pull the parking brake handle to the bottom or press the handbrake switch.
3. The engine is turned off and the power is turned off (except for special circumstances, such as the driver does not leave the vehicle's sight and does not exceed 1 minute).
4. Remove the key.Safety Operation Specifications for Forklifts.
