SANY's First 9-axle 4000t All-terrain Crane
On October 31, the first 9-axle 4000t all-terrain crane developed by SANY was delivered to Zhejiang Hesheng Hoisting Engineering Co., Ltd.
The SAC40000T has a large lifting capacity and a small number of axles, breaking through the load-bearing capacity limitations of traditional 9-axle cranes. It has a compact design and a small turning radius, combining excellent performance and flexible construction.
The maximum lifting height of this product is 200m, the counterweight is 350t, the main arm length in the fully extended state is 81m, the wind power jib is 124m, the outrigger span is 15×15m, and it has an ultra-small turning radius of 16m. The product is equipped with heavy-duty axles and 605 tires, and can be transferred with full outriggers + full main arm + main winch + super lift for short-distance transfer; 566kW high-power engine, the maximum climbing gradient with arm is 18%, and most mountain transfers can be made without dismantling the arm. SAC40000T can achieve full extension/retraction of the main boom within 30 minutes and can be disassembled/assembled once within 1 hour. It is equipped with an upgraded dual winch signal receiver, which greatly improves the lifting stability. It adopts a new electro-hydraulic steering system, which solves the tail-swinging problem of this type of product. It is another breakthrough in the field of innovation for SANY's super-large tonnage cranes.
