Construction and Application of XCMG Cement Pavement Cold Recycling Machine
Recently, the XCMG XLZ2305C pavement cold regeneration machine was used to reconstruct the X003 county road in Sheqi County, Nanyang City, Henan Province. The route is 10 kilometers long and the highway technical level is Class III.
This section of road consists of 20cm water-stabilized sand base + 4cm asphalt concrete surface layer. The surface layer has a large number of cracks, rutting, subsidence and other diseases, which are seriously damaged. The early maintenance is to carry out local treatment of the damaged road surface.
The water-stabilized sand of this road has high strength and contains a large number of pebbles. The traditional mechanical cold regeneration construction is relatively difficult. In order to completely repair the damaged road surface and shorten the project cycle, XCMG XLZ2305C pavement cold regeneration machine is used to regenerate the water-stabilized sand base.
With its powerful and reliable milling system, efficient and energy-saving power system, multi-level adjustable particle size control and precise and uniform intelligent spraying, XCMG XLZ2305C pavement cold regeneration machine is responsible for the pavement regeneration process construction in this county road reconstruction project.
The main construction equipment of this project includes XCMG XLZ2305C cold road regeneration machine, XM2005IV milling machine, 1 XKC185 powder spreading vehicle, 2 XS263J rollers, 1 XP302 rubber-wheeled roller, and 1 GR1803 grader.
According to the requirements of the construction design plan, the 4cm asphalt concrete layer of the surface layer is milled and removed by the milling machine before the regeneration construction, and then the cement spreader is spread according to the cement content of 4.5%. The water consumption of cold regeneration mixing is 2.4%, the on-site regeneration construction speed is 8m/min, and the regeneration thickness is 22cm.
After regeneration, static pressure is first applied, the grader is leveled, and then the roller is re-pressed twice with weak vibration, and finally the rubber-wheeled roller is used for final pressing three times.
