The 919F grader is equipped with a Shanghai Diesel engine that meets the National IV emission requirements, with a rated power of 140kW and strong power. The engine after treatment adopts a complete DOC+DPF+SCR+urea supply unit technology to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides and particulate matter effectively.
At the same time, the engine adds an ECO mode, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The vehicle optimizes the bridge load ratio and has better traction performance. The large-diameter plastic fan has a large air volume and good cooling effect, which can better ensure the continuous and stable operation of the machine. The upgraded dryer and air storage bag optimize the braking performance of the vehicle, making the braking system safer and more reliable. The overall installation of the radiator adopts a suspended shock-absorbing pad to ensure reliability under harsh and bumpy conditions. The hydraulic system of the 919F grader adopts an internationally renowned brand variable piston pump PPPC (proportional priority, pressure compensation) control valve, and the power is distributed on demand to reduce energy loss and heat generation in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump of the 919F motor grader is moved to the rear hood, the drive shaft is eliminated, and the gearbox is directly connected, which has high transmission efficiency, reduces vehicle working noise, and improves vehicle performance.

The front frame of the 919F motor grader adopts a flange box structure. Shangong F series motor graders have prepared three wear-resistant blades of 3.7m, 4m and 4.3m for you. After the blade curvature is optimized, the material can flow smoothly with a small driving force, reducing the fuel consumption of the whole machine and the wear of the blade.
The two slide rails on the back of the blade have been heat-treated to improve its durability and reliability. There are multiple holes on the bucket seat that can be adjusted, which can allow the blade to extend further and be more efficient in working conditions such as high slope ditching.

The rear axle and balance box bearings are designed to be grease-free and the chain is designed to be adjustment-free, which extends the maintenance cycle and saves time, money and effort.
The Shangong 919F grader is equipped with a seven-hole connecting rod mechanism, which helps the operator cope with more and more complex working conditions by replacing different hole positions. The bushing in the connecting rod hole is replaceable, which improves the convenience of maintenance and reduces maintenance costs. At the same time, the F series grader is equipped with an electro-hydraulic control positioning pin device as standard, and the positioning pin can be replaced by pressing a button in the cab, which is convenient and fast.
The cab of the F series grader is located on the front frame, and the operator can clearly see the inside of the front wheel and the position of the traction frame, gear ring and blade. Even if the grader is in the articulated deflection mode, the operator's forward vision is still not affected, ensuring the safety and accuracy of the operation. The standard suspension seat of the 919F grader can be adjusted in multiple directions according to the operator's habits and body shape to achieve the most comfortable operating posture. At the same time, the angle of the operating table is also adjustable, which is simple and convenient. High-power air conditioning and multiple air outlets maximize the operating comfort.
