Maintenance Guide for Electric Loaders in Hot and Rainy Summer
In the summer, the weather is hot and rainy, which poses a severe challenge to the use and maintenance of electric loaders. Today, we have prepared a super practical summer maintenance guide for users to help them easily cope with the high-temperature challenge and keep your electric loader running efficiently at all times.
Pay attention to air conditioning maintenance
1. Clean or replace the air conditioning filter regularly to avoid dust and dirt blocking the air supply system of the air conditioning.
2. Clean the air conditioner's condenser regularly, preferably with high-pressure air, and check the condensation water to avoid odor.
3. The air conditioning system of the electric loader has low energy consumption. Avoid frequent opening and closing of the air conditioner to reduce energy consumption and maintain the comfort of the cab.
4. Check the working status of the air conditioning system, including the cooling effect of the air conditioning, whether there is odor or abnormal noise, etc.
Equipment maintenance is very important
1. To ensure the good performance of the whole machine, all components should be cleaned, and the pipe clamps of the equipment should be checked regularly to see if they are loose or leaking.
2. Antifreeze not only prevents freezing when it is cold but also prevents rust, boiling, and scale. Antifreeze evaporates quickly in summer. Check whether the coolant is sufficient frequently to keep the equipment at a suitable working temperature.
3. Overheating of the hydraulic system in a high-temperature environment will affect the normal operation of the equipment. Check the oil pressure level regularly and check whether the radiator is blocked.
4. Clean the cooling fan of the equipment regularly (the oil cooling fan has a self-cleaning function) and use high-pressure air to clear the heat exchange fins.
5. Check the tire pressure. If the tire is found to be overheated, park the equipment in a cool place to cool it down. Do not directly splash it with cold water.
6. The input current is the largest during charging in summer, and the battery needs good heat dissipation. If conditions permit, it is recommended to open the side door of the equipment for ventilation and heat dissipation.
Safety of rainy day operation
1. Thunderstorms are frequent in summer. Pay attention to the safety of equipment electricity use and ensure that the equipment lines are well connected.
2. If you encounter thunderstorms, it is recommended to suspend the use of equipment and equipment charging and pay attention to safety.
3. It is not recommended to submerge the equipment more than halfway through the tire when wading.
4. If the machine is not in use, the equipment can be parked indoors if conditions permit.
