Slewing bearing lubrication: Generally add 3# calcium-based grease and lubricate the raceway once every 100 hours of operation. When adding grease, the slewing bearing must be rotated slowly for at least two weeks.
If the slewing bearing is not maintained in time, it will cause inflexible rotation, damaged raceways, elastic deformation, and loose and broken mounting bolts.

After that, it needs to be filtered or replaced every 6 months, and the filter element must be replaced at the same time. Hydraulic oil should not be used for more than 24 months. After 24 months, it cannot be used even if it has been filtered; whenever the hydraulic oil is found to be seriously contaminated, it should be filtered or replaced in time; different brands of hydraulic oil cannot be mixed.

4. Electrical system

5. Wire rope, cable, pulley, slider

Routine inspections: the tension of the wire rope, whether there are any broken wires, looseness, twisting, bruises and severe corrosion, the wear of the boom slider, whether the pulleys are damaged or stuck.

The boom should be inspected and adjusted every month. If it is found that the expansion and contraction are out of sync or there is jitter, it should be adjusted in time, and the operation can only be carried out after the phenomenon is eliminated. Otherwise, the rope or cable may fall off and break, causing serious consequences.
