XCMG Crawler Crane Assists In The Construction Of Singapore’s Cross-Island Line
Recently, the XGC12000 (800-ton) crawler crane appeared in Singapore, a country along the "Belt and Road", and assisted in the successful installation of the "China Railway No. 1108" shield machine in the first local cross-island line tunnel excavation project.
The total length of the tunnel constructed in this project is 3.2 kilometers. Hoisting the cutterhead down the mine is the most important link in the entire shield machine assembly process. The available space at the construction site is small, and the operating space of the large crawler crane is limited, making hoisting more difficult.
During the construction process, the XGC12000 used a super-lifting 42m main arm to slowly lift the shield machine cutterhead with a diameter of about 12.66 meters and a weight of over 460 tons from the ground with excellent lifting capacity and operational stability, and realize rotation and lowering. , perfectly connected with the shield machine body in the shaft.
