Recently, XCMG's intelligent manufacturing base welcomed a delegation from an engineering firm with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. At the start of the new fiscal year, the client visited the facility to inspect and formally accept a batch of new equipment that will soon join their global project operations.

At the product dispatch area, more than 20 large-tonnage XCMG excavators painted in the iconic “XCMG Gold” stood ready for delivery. The client representative noted that starting the new year with XCMG equipment brings strong confidence for upcoming projects. Although this is the first cooperation between the two parties, the partnership was built on months of evaluation and technical discussions.

After nearly half a year of comparing several international brands, the customer ultimately chose XCMG due to its customized solutions designed for complex working conditions along Belt and Road infrastructure projects, as well as its fast-response global service network. These advantages played a decisive role in the client’s procurement decision.

The delivered machines include the XE380G and XE500G large excavators, flagship models developed for high-end international markets. Equipped with XCMG’s self-developed high-efficiency power systems and intelligent electro-hydraulic control technology, the machines maintain strong performance and fuel efficiency even in demanding environments such as high-altitude or high-temperature construction sites. These capabilities help ensure high equipment availability and effective cost control for large-scale infrastructure projects.

To support the project, XCMG has established a dedicated technical service team and arranged a local spare parts supply center, building a comprehensive service system designed for rapid response and continuous operational support. With the dispatch order announced, the fleet of excavators departed the factory and will soon head overseas to join major construction projects.
