XCMG Road Solution Applied in Major Key Projects
In order to break through the limitations of construction scenarios and improve construction efficiency and quality, XCMG's intelligent construction technology complete set of road equipment full-scenario solutions came into being, covering 10 major categories of products such as rollers, graders, bulldozers, pavers, milling machines, cold regeneration machines, maintenance chassis, two stations, crushing and screening, and hot regeneration machines. Through intelligent interconnection, it covers 9 major scenarios such as roads, earthworks, materials, mines, tunnels and bridges, railway construction, airport construction, water conservancy construction, and traffic rescue, and has been successfully used in many large-scale key projects at home and abroad.
Road scenario Henan Jiaotang Expressway
Henan Jiaotang Expressway, a new generation of information technology integrated application technology demonstration project of the Ministry of Transport, is one of the key projects of Henan's "13445" road network planning. XCMG adopts a "full-section" intelligent construction solution. The grader realizes 3D leveling of the roadbed, reducing the difficulty of operation and meeting the accuracy standards; the water-stabilizing layer uses a multi-type mechanical cluster to ensure the flatness and compaction of the cross slope; the smart cluster combines the digital management platform to achieve full-section data management and closed-loop control of the entire construction process, avoiding rework, improving construction quality and efficiency, and helping to create quality projects.
Mining scene Inner Mongolia Metal Mine Crushing and Processing
In the Inner Mongolia Metal Mine Crushing and Processing Project, facing extreme cold, high-intensity operations and complex construction environments in the mine pit, XCMG launched the XPE1215 1,000-ton mobile jaw crushing station. Its discharge port hydraulic adjustment technology improves operating efficiency, continuous feeding technology monitors status and optimizes production capacity, and crawler walking intelligent control realizes stable equipment transfer. Not only does it overcome harsh working conditions, it also effectively increases production capacity to 600~700t/h, ensuring efficient operation of the mine.
Tunnel and Bridge Scene Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel
As a world-class cross-sea cluster project, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel has extremely difficult submarine tunnel construction. XCMG's road package solution uses a combination of RP2205HD paver and XD135TOS oscillating roller. RP2205HD ensures the flatness of high-grade highway asphalt surface construction; XD135TOS has higher operating efficiency and can compact paving materials within 1 hour. The compaction is stable and the vibration range is small, which reduces the impact on the immersed tube tunnel and improves the quality and efficiency of the asphalt surface construction of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel.
Bridge and tunnel scene Changtai Bridge
In the cluster construction of the bridge deck asphalt surface layer of the Changzhou section of Changtai Bridge, XCMG adopted the RP2205HD+XD135VO+ intelligent cluster solution to address the problems of fast temperature loss and high flatness requirements during bridge deck construction. The digital cluster accurately controls the distance and track to achieve efficient compaction; the temperature sensor system is densely distributed throughout the construction nodes to improve the temperature detection density; the laser profiler accurately captures millimeter-level fluctuations and cooperates with the cluster algorithm to timely supplement the pressure. Finally, it ensures that the construction temperature is appropriate, the road surface flatness meets the standard, and the bridge deck asphalt paving is completed with high quality.
