On March 7, 2025, the China Construction
Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association)
organized and held three scientific and technological achievement appraisal
meetings in Changsha, Hunan Province, including "Key Technologies and
Applications for Full-Scene Safety of Aerial Work Platforms", "Key
Technologies and Applications for Distributed Electro-hydraulic Integrated
Control Systems for Aerial Work Machinery", and "Key Technologies and
Applications for Intelligent Installation Equipment for Interlayer Building
Curtain Walls", which were completed by Hunan ZOOMLION Intelligent Aerial
Work Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZOOMLION Intelligent
Aerial Work Machinery).
Industry experts from the Association, China Academy of Mechanical Science Group Co., Ltd., China Academy of Building Research Beijing Building Mechanization Research Institute Co., Ltd., Hunan Machinery Industry Association, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Central South University, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology and other units attended the meeting.
The key technologies for the full-scenario
safety of aerial work platforms are applied to aerial work platform equipment.
They are active safety control technologies for complex ground-air scenarios,
aerial work platform rotation vibration reduction safety technologies, and
intelligent safety wearable technologies for aerial work platforms, which are
developed on the basis of passive safety technologies. They adapt to more complex
working conditions, especially realizing the functions of active detection of
ground holes, active identification of high-altitude obstacles, active
vibration reduction of platform rotation, and active warning of battery
abnormalities.
The key technologies of the distributed
electro-hydraulic integrated control system for aerial work machinery are
composed of electro-hydraulic integrated control technology of the distributed
architecture of aerial work platforms, broadband high-response electro-hydraulic
pump load matching technology, and distributed hydraulic platform multi-action
composite high-precision control technology. Through the electro-hydraulic
distributed architecture of aerial work platforms, the re-planning and layout
of the electro-hydraulic control of aerial work machinery are completed.
According to the broadband high-response electro-hydraulic pump load matching
technology, the electro-hydraulic pump control system is placed in the
low-energy and high-power range. According to the distributed hydraulic
platform multi-action composite high-precision control, the electro-hydraulic
dual pump coupling control technology of aerial work machinery is developed to
ensure that the pressure loss of the composite action coupling of the whole machine
is small, the action response is fast, and the endurance of the whole machine
is improved.
The key technologies of the intelligent
installation equipment for interlayer building curtain walls are composed of
visually guided automatic alignment and control technology for curtain wall
installation, multi-axis robotic arm safety control technology for narrow space
operations, etc. It is suitable for complex working conditions in the field of
building curtain wall installation, and has functions such as lifting,
adsorption, automatic alignment, posture adjustment and intelligent operation.
In particular, it realizes the high-precision automatic installation and
integrated lifting and installation functions of 800 kg-level curtain walls,
and the efficiency is significantly improved.
The experts inspected the products and production sites, listened to the reports of the completion units, and reviewed the relevant technical materials. After questioning and discussion, the appraisal committee believed that the three projects were highly innovative, technically difficult, and had independent intellectual property rights. The overall technical performance reached the international advanced level, and some technologies reached the international leading level.
