Three Factories of SANY Were Rated as Excellent Smart Factories
Recently, the first batch of excellent smart factories of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was announced. SANY stood out with its excellent smart manufacturing performance. Three of its factories were successfully selected, the largest number in the industry, setting a national leading demonstration benchmark for industrial transformation and upgrading.
They are: intelligent factory of pile driving machinery based on machine decision-making, intelligent factory of mining equipment with data interconnection and collaboration, and intelligent factory driven by data throughout the life cycle of pumping engineering equipment.
The three factories were rated as the first batch of "excellent smart factories", which not only represents the country's high recognition of SANY's intelligent manufacturing level, but also fully affirms SANY's role in leading and promoting the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry.
The intelligent factory of pile driving machinery based on machine decision-making realizes 35 intelligent scenarios such as digital twin factory, process digital design, flexible configuration of production line, intelligent production scheduling, intelligent warehousing management, intelligent equipment operation and maintenance, and intelligent energy management, covering 87% of the scenarios in the gradient cultivation action of intelligent factories, and building business operation platforms in marketing, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, service and other fields to achieve process drive, online collaboration and data intelligence. Build a unified digital base, create an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem, build a manufacturing "super brain", build a delivery system with measurable resources, predictable bottlenecks, monitorable processes, and controllable changes, and realize data-driven business and machine decision-making actions.
The data-interconnected and coordinated mining equipment smart factory uses big data, industrial Internet and robotics technology to build a smart manufacturing factory with 6 islands, 3 lines and 1 workshop. It also builds a digital manufacturing operation platform with MOM, WMS and production line central control system as the core, applies advanced scheduling tools to realize automatic planning, uses three-present video visualization technology to drive automatic distribution of line-side materials, and uses robots and automatic processing units to realize automatic reporting of work, supporting the production and operation of the entire lighthouse factory. At the same time, optimize the overall production layout, integrate MOM, WMS, AGV scheduling system, production control systems of various production lines, etc., build an automated and intelligent robot smart factory, and improve equipment utilization by more than 50% through the interconnection of three-present and four-table.
The data-driven smart factory for the entire life cycle of pumping engineering equipment is based on data-driven, realizing the integration of product production, sales, research, storage and after-sales service, and comprehensively promoting the intelligent production of high-end pumping engineering machinery - "production line automation, digital operation, collaborative networking, and intelligent decision-making". By integrating and applying information technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and cloud computing, data silos are broken, equipment, personnel, and products are interconnected, and all aspects such as production, management, service, and logistics are fully online to improve operational efficiency in real time, comprehensively improve the level of automation and digitalization, and promote the intelligent upgrade of management systems, production lines, and core components. The degree of CNC of key equipment has reached more than 90%, and the automatic collection rate of production data has reached 98%.
