SANY Annual Flagship New Product
High-quality development is inseparable from the support of product competitiveness. In 2023, SANY product competitiveness continued to increase, the market share of leading products continued to increase, and 13 categories of leading products such as large excavators ranked first in the domestic market share.
Through the research and development of 18 key technologies and two major technical routes, the new electric towing giants SY870E and SY1650E made a stunning debut, filling the gap in 6kV high-voltage technology for large excavators, reducing customers' comprehensive use costs by more than 50%, expanding the product spectrum of super-large excavators and electric towing, and improving the competitiveness of SANY Heavy Industry's electrified products.
The new generation of the longest boom 710S pump truck has the longest meter section of all-regulatory pump trucks, the smallest span and minimum floor space requirements of the same meter section, as well as the smallest wheelbase, the most flexible boom, 360° full flat construction, and the most stable boom. It not only provides customers with high-quality, high-precision, stable reliable, green, and energy-saving products but also promotes technological innovation in the industry.
The industry's first and the world's largest 240-ton truck crane STC2400C8-8 has an ultra-long main boom of 90m, a maximum lifting weight of 8.5t when fully extended, a 25t counterweight + 1m displacement, and a performance close to 300 tons. With its superb performance and operational economy, it has been well received by customers, with a market share of 57.9% in 2023, ranking first.
Using the world's exclusive vehicle combination technology, two SCC22000A crawler cranes can form a 4000t crane, realizing 1+1=3. At the same time, it adopts the industry's first three-winch control technology and the industry-leading dual-engine dual-control technology. It is the first ultra-large tonnage crawler crane that can be used in the Arctic cold region, and it is also the largest crawler crane exported by China.
In addition, SANY Heavy Industry has also launched a series of new products, including the world's first fully electric rotary drilling rig, the world's first SCE800TB-EV pure electric telescopic crawler crane, the world's first hydrogen mixer equipped with a self-developed fuel cell system, a new generation of 20-meter wide paver, and a multifunctional chemical detection vehicle.
