SDLG L965H Side-Unloading Loader Shines On The Kangding Plateau
On the beautiful land of Kangding, on sunny days, white clouds float leisurely, spreading the favor and blessing of nature. The snow-capped mountains in the distance stand tall and majestic, like a natural barrier, adding a sense of mystery and magnificence to this land.

The plateau has beautiful scenery, but the conditions are harsh. The thin oxygen makes the engine power insufficient, affecting the working efficiency; the low air density and low air pressure lead to poor heat dissipation performance and low boiling point of the coolant, which easily causes the water tank to boil; there are also problems such as poor dry gas-top oil braking effect caused by high humidity.
In response to the above industry pain points, SDLG has newly developed the L965H side unloading machine to improve the adaptability of plateau tunnel working conditions. Optimized matching, using the Weichai WP10H National IV engine reinforced cylinder body, more powerful; magnetic suspension clutch planetary box improves overall efficiency and reliability; reinforced drive axle gear modulus, high strength, large bearing capacity; full hydraulic braking, safe and reliable; electronic control confluence can ensure low speed without stalling, high efficiency of heavy load loading and unloading.
At the same time, the 3.5m long wheelbase and 24.5 tons of machine weight allow the equipment to be stable and free in gravel excavation and loading and unloading; the side unloading cylinder is arranged in the middle, and the cylinder does not need to be disassembled to change the unloading direction, and the lever arm is larger, making unloading easier.
The concept of "customer-centric" is also reflected in the new H series cab: the internal operation layout is designed according to ergonomics, and USB interfaces and other configurations are added to facilitate mobile phone charging, music playing, and placing items, providing drivers with convenient operating space. The enlarged roof and protective glass make the driving environment comfortable and safe.
