At the beginning of the new year, at the construction site of No. 5 pier of the Ningbo-Zhou Railway Xihoumen road-rail dual-use bridge, with the completion of the concrete pouring of the last square of the bored piles of No. 5 pier by the Sany S-class 71-meter pump truck, the world's largest span road-rail The dual-purpose bridge and the world's widest cross-sea bridge - Xihoumen Road-rail Dual-purpose Bridge's No. 5 main pier and 18 6.3-meter-diameter bored piles have all been poured with concrete. The construction of the bridge has made phased progress!
This pouring project is quite difficult, as each bored pile on the main tower pier requires 3,000 cubic meters of continuous pouring at one time. After careful selection, the project headquarters decided to use SANY equipment to complete the construction. Sany quickly dispatched four S series ace pump trucks ranging from 56 meters to 71 meters to form a pump truck cluster to fully participate in the construction.
The cluster of Sany ace pump trucks participating in the task fully demonstrated the high efficiency, stability and strong power characteristics of Sany pump trucks. After 19 hours of non-stop pouring, the Sany pump truck finally completed the task perfectly and won unanimous praise from the managers of the project headquarters. They believe that in this project, the Sany S pump truck comprehensively demonstrated the technical characteristics of engine hardware, power matching, and oil pump efficiency. They feel that the S pump truck not only has low pumping resistance and low pumping fuel consumption, but also does not pick up oil (material). Especially the high reliability shown in long (time) construction can make the owners feel very reassured.
