LIEBTY Holds Training on Overseas Customer Communication
On July 28, 2026, LIEBTY held another session of its Young Eagle Training Camp, with all new foreign trade employees participating. The session was led by experienced foreign trade specialist Katharine and focused on the topic “Understanding Communication Styles of Customers from Different Countries.”
Designed around the practical needs of construction machinery exports, the training drew on Katharine’s extensive experience in overseas customer development. Rather than focusing on theoretical concepts, the session covered key areas including product knowledge, inquiry negotiation, order management, and overseas customer relationship development. Through real sales cases, she analyzed the purchasing characteristics and communication preferences of customers from different markets while sharing practical techniques for developing overseas clients.
The training created a focused and interactive learning environment. New team members carefully recorded key points and actively raised questions about practical challenges such as quotation calculations and customer communication. Katharine provided detailed answers and shared first-hand experience, helping new employees better understand real-world foreign trade operations while demonstrating the value of professional mentorship.
This systematic training helped new employees build a more comprehensive knowledge framework for international trade and strengthened LIEBTY’s talent development system. Moving forward, LIEBTY will continue participating in the Young Eagle Training Camp and leveraging experienced team members to provide practical guidance, strengthen professional capabilities, and cultivate a stronger international trade team.
